Ronald Simmers - CEO of Keystone International Capital Consultants Group

Mr. Simmers is the Chief Executive Officer of Keystone International Capital Consultants Group and serves as Managing Director of the firm’s South Florida office in Miami. He brings more than 30 years of experience in finance, capital markets, lending, and business development, with a background spanning commercial lending, consumer finance, structured products, and capital formation. Over the course of his career, he has facilitated more than $6 billion in the commercial and consumer loan industries across both wholesale and secondary markets.


Prior to launching Keystone International Capital Consultants Group, Mr. Simmers served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Signet Group, LLC, where the firm became an early leader in structuring bond and loan vehicles secured by senior life settlements. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with Captive Financial Group LLC and GIF Acceptance, where he helped advance commercial and consumer lending, automotive finance, analytics-driven loan generation, and secondary-market trading platforms. He also led FMG Inc. and OFI Inc. Acceptance Companies, developing loan portfolios for national lending institutions and supporting substantial venture capital and finance projects.


Mr. Simmers’ experience includes capital raising, business plan development, structured finance, and advising businesses across the automotive, commercial, and technology sectors. His client base has included banks, leasing and finance companies, funds, direct projects, and law firms involved in the early development and utilization of asset-backed securities. He is a graduate of the University of Miami, where he earned a degree in International Finance.



Steven J. Cannata - Co-Founder of Stratum Strategic Partners

Steven J. Cannata is a veteran financial executive and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of experience across corporate advisory, equity compensation strategy, institutional sales, and capital formation. He has built and scaled high-performing business units within major financial institutions and has become a trusted advisor to executives, boards, founders, and institutional investors navigating complex corporate finance and equity-based strategies.


Steven began his career at PaineWebber and UBS, where he advanced through leadership roles in product development, national and European sales, and corporate client relationship management. In 2007, he joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he became a Managing Director and a member of the firm’s Institutional Action Committee. Over an 18-year tenure, he founded and built the Corporate Benefits & Advisory Services group into a nationally recognized division generating more than $60 million in annual revenue, while securing over 150 institutional mandates across public and private corporations.


In 2021, Steven co-founded Stratum Strategic Partners, where he serves as Managing Partner. He advises companies, founders, family offices, and institutional investors on strategic capital needs, financing structures, capitalization planning, and equity incentive strategy. His work includes valuation analysis, due diligence, term negotiation, investor syndication, and strategic partnerships. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Siena College, where he founded and captained the university’s crew team. He is also an Eagle Scout and a certified Class A Interior Attack Firefighter, reflecting his longstanding commitment to leadership, discipline, and service.

Glenn Ferguson - CEO of Clark Builders Group

Glenn Ferguson has more than 40 years of experience in the development and construction industry, including 35 years with the Clark organization. Over the course of his career, he has managed or supervised the design, development, and construction of more than 125,000 housing units, with total commercial and residential construction volume exceeding $30 billion. His experience spans a wide range of housing sectors, including student housing, affordable housing, market-rate housing, condominiums, hotels, and military housing.


Since 1994, Glenn has led CBG Building Company, growing it from a small business into one of the largest and most successful multifamily builders in the United States. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of CBG Building Company, an affiliate of Clark Construction Group, Inc., with annual volume of approximately $1 billion per year. For the past 25 years, the company has consistently ranked among the top multifamily builders in the country. His military housing experience includes more than 25,000 housing units, with projects completed at locations such as San Diego, Fort Ord, the Naval Language School, Fort Irwin, Moffett Air Field, Fort Benning, MacDill AFB, Andrews AFB, Fort Belvoir, Bolling AFB, and Quantico.


Glenn earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering, magna cum laude, from the University of Delaware, and an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia. In addition to his leadership at CBG Building Company, he serves on the CRC Partners Investment Committee and on its Board of Directors. His career reflects a longstanding record of leadership, execution, and success across large-scale residential, commercial, and military housing development.
