Colin Ferguson is the Founder of Quickstrike Systems and is based in South Florida. He graduated from the University of Miami in 2024 and is a proud Miami Hurricanes fan. He grew up in Washington, D.C. and moved to South Florida in college, eventually commissioning as a Field Artillery Officer (13A) in the Florida Army National Guard. His experience in the military has shaped the way he approaches leadership, problem-solving, and innovation.

He developed FAME (Field Artillery Mission Engine) alongside Edward Hardiman to modernize and accelerate the production of realistic artillery and rocket fire missions for training and operational use. They built it to reduce manual workload, minimize error, and standardize mission output, with the goal of helping fire support personnel and units train more efficiently and effectively.

His professional interests center on defense innovation and building simple but practical tools that improve mission preparation and training outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors. He brings a disciplined, mission-focused mindset to everything he does.

Edward Hardiman is a devoted husband and proud father of four, grounded in family values and a strong work ethic. He brings over 16 years of dedicated service in the Florida National Guard, where he has served as a 13J Fire Direction Coordinator. Throughout his military career, he has supported multiple deployments across the Middle East, including Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, and Syria, spanning from 2013 to 2025. His service has been recognized with the Bronze Star, reflecting his commitment, leadership, and performance under pressure.

In 2025, while deployed, he co-founded Quickstrike Systems alongside Colin Ferguson—an initiative born out of operational experience and a drive to innovate and improve efficiency in demanding environments.

Beyond the military, he is a farmer and rancher, committed to providing quality, locally grown fresh vegetables and raising beef cattle. Agriculture is more than a profession for him; it is a way of life that reflects discipline, resilience, and a deep connection to the land.

Whether in uniform, in business, or on the farm, he takes pride in serving his community, leading by example, and building a legacy for his family rooted in integrity, hard work, and service.
